VAI Talon records telephone calls and logs SMS messages and chat interactions processed through our platform. This data may include the content of conversations, caller identification information, timestamps, and AI-generated transcripts and summaries.

Recording Notice: Calls made through the VAI Talon platform are recorded for quality assurance, compliance, training, and service improvement purposes. By using our platform or interacting with a business that uses VAI Talon, you acknowledge that calls may be recorded. In states that require all-party consent to recording — including California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Washington — a recording disclosure is provided at the start of each call.

AI Interactions: Our platform uses artificial intelligence to conduct voice, SMS, and chat communications. When you interact with VAI Talon, you are communicating with an AI system. In compliance with applicable state bot disclosure laws, including California Business & Professions Code §§17940–17945, our AI will identify itself as an AI when asked.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
